All orders made based on the customer’s instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Kulture Korner.com up to the point of cancellation. Orders that have already been printed, produced/fulfilled CANNOT be cancelled. If we can cancel your individual order there will be a 15% processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so.

PLACING ORDERS

On-line: You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. Kulture Korner.com accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Mail: All mail orders will be processed and shipped out, once the payment is cashed/clears at the bank. You may download and complete the Order From and mail it to the address below with accompanying certified check or money order (make check/money order payable to The Crib)

ORDER TRACKING
To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number or call Customer Service at 601-914-4373 and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at ups.com or usps.com depending on the shipper.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Accepted forms of payment are, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and the Kulture Korner.com gift card.  Unfortunately, We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment on-line.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery:  Order by 3:00 p.m. Central Time. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:00 will usually be on the way to you the next business day. (Monday - Friday, not on holidays)

·         Most items are shipped UPS and should arrive in 7 to 14 business days.

·         Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

·         Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS.

Express Delivery:  Order by 12:00 p.m Central Time. Express Service (add $25 per standard delivery charge) provides 2 -3 day delivery for in stock items, guaranteed.

• Express Delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, heavy or oversized items, Alaska or Hawaii.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all merchandise purchased is subject to a $2.50 handling fee.  The law requires that we collect the applicable tax on all shipments placed within the State of  Mississippi. 
• Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping cost is based on the amount you order.  “Value of Order” includes the total price of the merchandise, state and local taxes where applicable, plus any service charges, such as monogramming.
• Shipping to and Alternate Address: If it is easier to have your order sent to your office or a neighbor, let us know.  We can deliver wherever is best for you.  We can send a gift directly to the recipient, with a complete order summary that eliminates the price and tells that it came from you.
• Express orders that are being shipped to an alternate address are subject to verification by faxing a complete and signed Credit Authorization Form to Kulture Korner.com.
• Backordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via UPS or USPS.

Special Handling (Courier Pick-up): Our primary carrier UPS does not deliver to P. O. Box addresses, therefore we must rely on a secondary courier USPS to handle our shipments. Do note that the USPS shipping charges on the box label, only reflect partial payment of the total shipping cost involved. Any additional charges that you may be billed are to due to the special handling & courier pickup costs involved.

DAMAGED/MISSING SHIPMENT
Simply report it to your Mail Deliverer and request a claim number. Kulture Korner.com must be notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any damaged items. All merchandise must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) or it will not be accepted. In order to obtain a RA#, you must contact customer service at 601-914-4373. Please note: Once the claim is settled, we will issue you a refund or reship the merchandise. Damaged orders require a 4 to 6 week process period.

MISSING ORDERS
After you have tracked your package, and the search still isn’t successful contact customer service and we can start the claim process.

RETURNS
Kulture Korner.com must be notified within 7 days of receipt of shipment of any items that need to be returned. All merchandise returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Merchandise returned without a valid RA # written clearly on the package will be refused. 

Return Order Procedure

·         Contact us at 1-800-221-6305 during our business hours and request a Return Authorization Number (RA #);

·         Record your number on the return package;

·         Please enclose a detailed letter pertaining to the returned merchandise, stating whether it's an exchange, return for refund or damaged; and 

·         Re-pack and ship merchandise back to us.

Any merchandise returned after 7 days from date of receipt will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and any unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% Restocking Fee.  All return merchandise must be unused and in a resalable condition with its original packaging.

Replacement or store credit will only be issued after merchandise is received and verified.  Any merchandise being returned to us must be insured and have a tracking number. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes; shipping is non-refundable. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of a Kulture Korner.com error.  

ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGES   
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged to us by UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our inventory, Kulture Korner.com cannot accept exchanges or any returns due to any circumstances after 7 days of your purchase.  All sales are final and Kulture Korner.com does not issue cash refunds or credit back on credit cards for your security and protection against fraudulent issues.

REFUNDS
Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note, for security reasons which serve to protect you and Kulture Korner.com from any possible fraudulent matters we do not charge back refunds to credit cards. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

From time to time there may be information on Kulture Korner.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kulture Korner.com purchase you may return it with your receipt to Kulture Korner.com Store or by mail.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Colors, weights, and dye lots MAY vary.
